Dogs in Goggles

These were probably the most fun to paint.

I didn't know that they actually made sun goggles for dogs until my daughter showed me a photo of Felix in them.

Felix is the corgi in the middle.

I didn't have any photos of the other 2 dogs in goggles so I needed to find some goggles on the web and "paste" them on the dogs in photoshop.

I have a website . . yes another one . . . where you can purchase laminated prints of the dogs. They are available together or individually.

Here's the link - http://dogsingoggles.com/

The prints are great!
I had one made for my daughter of all 3 dogs and she constantly gets compliments on it.

Jeremy

SOLD
I painted my sister's dog Jeremy in oils. This was a commissioned painting . . my first in oils of a dog. I loved the ease of blending colors, especially while working on the fur. Or is it hair?

pit bull terrier portrait

5" by 7" pastel pet portrait, unframed
SOLD
Athena is my son's dog and she dispelled any myths I've heard about bit bulls aside from their strength. She's all muscle and slobbery sweet. She's also a ham in front of the camera. You can also commission a pastel portrait of you pet at my website

special offer on pet portraits

11 x 14 pastel painting
SOLD
I love the challenge of working from photos and bringing life to them through color and expression.
This portrait of Dipper is a commissioned piece which was a gift for someone from the customer. If you know someone who has a pet and you don't know what to give them on that special occasion, you may want to consider a portrait.

For a limited time I am offering 5" x 7" pet portraits for $150 including shipping in the US.
Just send me a photo and I'll do the rest. For international shipping rates please email me.
An initial deposit of $50 is required as a good faith gesture, which will be deducted from your total cost. You are under no obligation to purchase your painting unless you are satisfied with the results. When the painting is finished I will email you a photo of it and upon your approval we will finalize the transaction. For larger commissioned paintings please visit my website - pastelpup.com.
